This survey is being conducted as part of a research project being carried out by Victoria University and SeniorNet.
The purpose of the research is to try to understand the how older people use the Internet and how to encourage greater take up, especially for official information.
Your information is confidential and only members of the research team will see your responses. The responses from all respondents will be merged into an anonymous data set. No names or identifying characteristics will be recorded. The raw data will be destroyed two years after the project is completed. You can ask to have your data withdrawn at any time.
Summarised data will be put into a report. You can request a copy of that report if you want to see it. The aggregated results may be published in academic journals, or presented at conferences.
